Now we know terms and conditions are boring but some folks do want to know so here they are:
Royal Mail First Class delivery, Royal mail Special Delivery and Next Day Citylink Courier delivery is available on orders. Prices are calculated on weight and will be displayed at checkout. We aim to dispatch all orders no later than 48 hours (the majority within 24 hours) after receipt but sometimes this may not be possible, so please let us know if your order is needed very quickly.
An item is considered lost by Royal Mail if it does not arrive after 15 days. If this happens a refund or replacement will be provided after the 15 days.
If you change your mind about your order, you may return any item within seven days of receipt and receive a refund. However return postage must be paid by the buyer and it should ideally be by a recordable means. After this seven days no refunds will be given.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty we will replace it free of charge or offer a full refund.
We will never share your private information with anyone else, ever.
We reserve the right to cancel any sale and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at our discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment already made will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
